Join Young Pipeliners Association of Canada and And Together as we celebrate and share the solutions our Strategy, Culture and Inclusion (SCI) Lab participants have created during our 8-week program.
The Young Pipeliners Association of Canada (YPAC) is a professional group for early-career individuals in the pipeline industry. Pipelines are an integral part of Canada’s energy future, and YPAC is committed to building the next generation of leaders for the industry.
YPAC has partnered with And Together (AT), a transformational consulting firm that offers a unique Strategy, Culture and Inclusion (SCI) Lab designed to take stories of challenges within organizations, and provide employees with the tools they need to create solutions. In this Lab we have explored how the energy transition must start with organizational culture.
Participants in the program will share the solutions they’ve developed after examining the existing state of organizational culture and inclusion in the energy industry, imagined a future state where culture supports the industry’s transformation efforts, identified gaps and created solutions to address these gaps.
Participants will share their solutions at this event. Every person who attends the celebration event will have the chance to weigh in on the best solution and provide feedback for each of the ideas presented.
